The neighborhood's cast of characters include the notorious American and Ivanhoe Hotels and a porn theatre. But there's excellent value at this brick walled second-story restaurant. Simply stated, some dishes are odes to delicacy (like the shellfish penne with garlic and fresh tomato, pan-seared calamari with daikon radish salad and seared scallop and prawn vegetarian stirfry). It's one of the `secret finds' in Vancouver you'll sing about later.
